Role Description The CSR Fundraising role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will identify and approach corporate partners for CSR collaborations, develop fundraising strategies,



and build long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and concept notes, managing CSR documentation, coordinating meetings and presentations, and tracking fundraising progress against targets. The role also involves working closely with program teams to understand impact, creating communication materials that showcase outcomes, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance with CSR regulations. The CSR Fundraiser will represent Kokan NGO at events and networking forums to strengthen visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction.
Experience in Customer Support and working as Customer Service Representatives to manage stakeholder queries and relationships.
