Role Description
Responsible for driving sales of flavors and fragrances within the hotel, restaurant, and café segment. This full time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key decision makers. Daily activities include visiting HORECA clients, presenting product portfolios and samples, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with internal technical and product teams to tailor solutions. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, tracking orders, and monitoring market trends to provide feedback on customer needs and competitive activity. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer interactions, while representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.




Knowledge of the HORECA sector, with the ability to understand food and beverage operations and purchasing processes.
Effective communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging culinary, procurement, and management stakeholders.
Basic understanding of flavors, fragrances, and product development concepts, or a willingness to learn technical aspects.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to manage pipelines and reports.
Ability to work on-site, travel within Bengaluru and surrounding regions for client visits, and manage time independently.
Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients, F&B;, hospitality, or related industries, is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
