THE OPPORTUNITY

As Staff Platform Engineer at Lingo, you will spend meaningful time building and operating alongside your team, taking ownership of technically complex platform work while also being responsible for the day-to-day allocation of work, tracking and providing feedback to Platform Engineers at the India location. You set the technical standard your team works to, you unblock them when problems are hard, and you make sure they have the clarity, context, and support to do their best work.
