Position Summary

/n

We are seeking a technically robust and commercially driven Sales Engineer to develop and manage customer relationships across the mining, quarry, infrastructure and construction sectors. The role involves identifying customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and after-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in mining, quarrying, construction, infrastructure, C&D; waste sectors.
/n
- Conduct customer site visits to understand operational challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
/n
- Promote partner brands to target customers.
/n
- Coordinate with OEM principals and internal teams for application engineering, quotations, and technical clarifications.
/n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, plant owners, consultants, and project stakeholders.
/n
- Track sales pipeline, customer interactions, and project status through CRM tools.
/n
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
/n
- Support negotiations, commercial discussions, and order finalization.
/n
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and after-sales support activities.
/n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects in assigned territories
