We, Rukmani Motors Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealership, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to lead service workshop operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve workshop revenue, productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets.
- Lead and motivate Service Advisors, Team Leaders, Technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with high-quality repairs.
- Monitor workshop KPIs, including labour productivity, efficiency, CSI, repeat repairs, and turnaround time.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki service processes, warranty guidelines, safety standards, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Parts, Customer Care, and Sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns and implement continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)



or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.

Experience
- 5-12 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or Assistant Workshop Manager.
- Experience with a Maruti Suzuki authorized dealership is preferred.
