Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, structural designs, and project specifications.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify work measurements, prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), and certify contractor bills.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, material consumption reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of construction materials.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize project costs.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, local building regulations, and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Experience in multi-storey residential projects will be preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing work, and residential project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQs, billing, and measurement verification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Understanding of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
