Job Description - VMC Operator / Programmer

Position: VMC Operator / Programmer
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D CNC programs as per engineering drawings.
- Independently handle new job setup from start to production.
- Perform machine setting, fixture setup, tool setting, and workpiece alignment.
- Operate VMC machines and ensure components are produced within specified tolerances.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining requirements.
- Select suitable cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Make program corrections and optimize cycle time when required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow quality, safety,



and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams to ensure smooth production.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of VMC machining experience.
- Knowledge of 2D CNC programming (G & M Codes).
- Ability to independently manage new job setup and production.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
