Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for Cloud Telephony, IP PBX, Contact Center, and AI Communication solutions.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Support basic SEO activities and website updates using WordPress.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of campaign optimization, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Telecom, Cloud, or IT marketing.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is an added advantage.
