About the Role
We are seeking a highly disciplined, technically sound, and hands-on Production Manager to lead our production floor operations and complete warehouse operations in Chennai.
In this role, you will hold complete operational ownership of the production and final packing line, ensuring our premium Areca palm leaf products are packaged to flawless, export-grade standards. Because 95 %of our products are dispatched to 32 countries worldwide, you will be responsible for maintaining absolute production and packaging integrity,
managing floor labor, optimizing packing throughput, and ensuring zero-defect dispatches under tight shipping cut-offs.
Position Overview
- Title: Production Manager
- Location: Redhills-Seruniyam-Chennai Unit (Tamil Nadu)
- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of active experience managing a high-volume production or packing or assembly floor (FMCG, food packaging, exporting, or automotive parts industries preferred).
- Education: Graduate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred to oversee machine maintenance and troubleshooting).
- Compensation: ₹45,000 to ₹65,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site).
