About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in Educational ERP / SaaS sales to drive business growth across schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Educational ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and existing industry connections.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate ERP demos with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP modules and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations,



and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and regular updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, Demo, Implementation, and Support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Attend client meetings, educational events, seminars, and conferences as required.
- Travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must have experience in Educational ERP sales.:
- Strong understanding of ERP/SaaS solutions for the education sector.
- Must have existing connections/network with schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions.
- Proven track record of B2B/Institutional sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle independently.
- Willingness to travel extensive
