Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who is curious, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in branding and marketing - not just social media trends.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand:
- how brands are built
- how marketing thinking translates into content
- and how good marketing existed before “viral culture” - and how it still matters today

You will work closely with the founder and core team and gain hands-on exposure to real agency work and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media




- Assist in planning and executing social media content for Murraad and client brands
- Support creation of reels, carousels, and static posts
- Write captions, hooks, and content ideas aligned with brand tone and strategy
- Help manage posting schedules and basic content coordination

Research & Learning
- Research brands, audiences, and competitors
- Study good marketing campaigns (old and new)
- Help document insights, references, and content learnings

Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Support internal reviews and quality checks
- Assist with community engagement when required

What We’re Looking For
- Solid interest in marketing, branding, storytelling, and communication:
- Basic understanding of Instagram and content formats
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to think beyond “what’s trending”
- Curiosity to learn _why_ something works, not just _what_ works
- Willingness to learn
