Hi, I'm Swapnica Jain, founder of a digital marketing agency and an ecommerce brand called Saraaya. I'm looking for a reliable, hands-on Executive Assistant who can work closely with me day to day, handling social media execution, coordinating with my team of remote designers and freelancers, and managing order packaging and dispatch for Saraaya.

This is a direct, founder-facing role. You'll take instructions and run with them, and be someone I can trust to handle things without me constantly checking in.

What You'll Do:
- Day-to-Day Execution_
- Post and schedule content across Instagram and Pinterest as directed
- Coordinate with remote designers and freelancers — collect files, confirm approvals, follow up on pending work
- Handle quick coordination tasks — schedule calls, follow up with vendors, confirm meeting times
- Saraaya Order Operations_
- Pack and dispatch customer orders (roughly 30/week)
- Coordinate directly with courier partners — pickups, tracking, issue resolution
- Maintain basic inventory and packaging stock
- Founder Support_




- Be available and responsive — when I ask for something to be done, it gets done
- Flag if something can't be completed and why, rather than letting it slip
- Build trust over time to take on more independent responsibility

You're The Right Fit If:
- You've handled order packing/dispatch before, ideally for an ecommerce brand, or you're comfortable learning this quickly
- You're reliable and responsive — you don't need repeated follow-ups to get things done
- You're comfortable coordinating with people online — freelancers, designers, vendors — even though you sit in office
- You're calm under pressure and can manage multiple small tasks without losing track
- You're based in or can commute to Sector-63, Noida

Timings:
- Full-time, Monday-Saturday
- Core hours 1pm-8pm plus 2 hrs at night from home
- In-office plus work from home

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
