Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day project activities.
- Manage and coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Conduct team meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with clients to provide project updates and resolve queries.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and status dashboards.
- Ensure projects are executed within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Support management in strategic planning and operational improvements.

Required Skills:




- Basic knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in operations, GIS, survey projects, infrastructure, IT, or field execution projects will be an added advantage.
