Job Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing outdoor advertising campaigns, ensuring timely installation, maintenance, and successful delivery of projects while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of Outdoor Advertising (OOH) campaigns.
- Manage Metro Pillar Advertising installations, maintenance, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with field teams, mounting teams, electricians, civil teams, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure campaigns are completed as scheduled.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients regarding campaign schedules and execution updates.
- Prepare daily operational reports, MIS reports, and Proof of Performance (POP).
- Maintain site records, campaign documentation, and operational data.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and operational resources.




- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations or Project Coordination.
- Experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH) is mandatory.:
- Experience in Metro Advertising, Hoardings, Bus Shelters, or Transit Media is preferred.
- Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
