Job Description: Intern - Research & Development:

Duration: 3-6 Months
- Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate R&D; skilled to support the development, testing, and optimization of skincare formulations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate product concepts into effective, safe, and innovative skincare solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulation development and product trials for skincare products
- Conduct stability, compatibility, and basic performance testing
- Support ingredient research, benchmarking, and documentation
- Maintain R&D; records, reports, and compliance-related documentation
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory,



and Marketing teams during product development
- Requirements:
- Educational background in Cosmetic Technology / Cosmetic Science / Pharmacy / Chemistry:
- Strong interest in skincare formulation and product innovation
- Basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulations
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
