Job Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to oversee GTM systems at scale, with Salesforce at the core. This role is accountable for the performance, reliability, and evolution of the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring it supports business growth and complexity across Sales, Marketing, Services, and RevOps.

As Senior Manager, GTM Systems, you will operate at both a strategic and operational level, translating GTM priorities into coordinated execution across teams, driving consistency in how work is delivered, and scaling systems, processes, and talent. You will lead through others, optimize delivery across a global team, and ensure governance, alignment, and continuous improvement across an increasingly integrated and evolving tech stack. This includes advancing AI-enabled capabilities to keep GTM systems contemporary and future-ready.
