We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Market Bench Consultants to Prime Vendors and Direct Clients across the US.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
- Negotiate rates and close Bench Sales requirements.
- Submit consultants on matching requirements with a quick turnaround time.
- Coordinate interviews, client feedback, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain daily submission reports and consultant pipeline.




- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure excellent communication with consultants and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2+ Years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales.

✔ Strong knowledge of Prime Vendors and Direct Clients.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

✔ Good understanding of different US Visas and Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
