Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Enter and update product details, prices, descriptions, specifications, customer information, supplier records, and other company data accurately.

AI-Assisted Data Processing: Use AI tools to help organize large amounts of information, structure unformatted data, summarize documents, categorize records, and convert rough information into transparent and usable formats.

Product Uploads: Upload product information, images, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, finishes, pricing, and other details to websites, internal systems, or online platforms when required.

AI-Assisted Product Content: Use AI tools to help prepare, rewrite, shorten, or improve product names, descriptions, specifications, and other written content while maintaining factual and technical accuracy.

Data Cleaning and Standardization: Use spreadsheet functions and AI-assisted tools to identify missing information, formatting inconsistencies,



duplicate entries, spelling errors, and incorrect data.

File Management: Organize digital files, folders, product images, documents, spreadsheets, and internal records in a clear and structured manner.

Document Processing: Extract and organize information from PDFs, quotations, supplier documents, catalogues, images, and other files using appropriate digital and AI tools.

Administrative Support: Support the office, sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations teams with basic back-office and administrative tasks.

Quality Checking: Review all entered and AI-generated information carefully to identify errors, correct mistakes, and ensure records are complete and accurate.

AI Output Verification: Check all AI-generated content before use. Ensure that product specifications, dimensions, prices, customer details, supplier information, and technical data have not been incorrectly changed or inven
