About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.:
- Manage PPC campaigns including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.:
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.:
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates,



and best practices.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Excellent understanding of PPC, SEM, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with campaign tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.75 - ₹40,000.41 per month
