We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Journal Research Team Lead with 2+ years of experience to lead the research and publication team, manage journal submissions, ensure content quality, and support PhD scholars and research professionals at PhD iZone — Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the journal research team to ensure timely and quality output
- Guide and support PhD scholars and research professionals in journal writing and publication
- Review, edit, and proofread research papers, articles, and dissertations for quality and accuracy
- Manage end-to-end journal submission process including Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-listed journals

Required Skills:




- Master's / M.Phil / PhD in relevant field _(Engineering, Science, Management, Arts)_
- 3+ years of experience in academic research, journal publication, or research services
- Robust knowledge of research publication process and academic writing standards
- Research Methodology | Academic Writing | Journal Publication
- Scopus | Web of Science | UGC Journal Submission
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
