As we continue to expand our product portfolio, we are looking for a Product Development Specialist who can transform product ideas into commercially successful, production-ready products.

Role Overview

The Product Development Specialist will lead the end-to-end development of sports apparel, working closely with designers, sourcing partners, vendors, and manufacturers to bring recent collections to market. This role requires a strong understanding of technical apparel development, fabrics, garment construction, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.





Key Responsibilities
- Product Development
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to bulk production.
- Translate design concepts into production-ready garments.
- Create and maintain detailed Tech Packs, Bills of Materials (BOM), measurement specifications, and construction details.
- Ensure all products meet Suvi Sports' standards for fit, performance, quality, and aesthetics.
- Fabric & Trim Development
- Source and evaluate performance fabrics suitable for sportswear and activewear.
- Collaborate with fabric mills and suppliers to develop custom colors, finishes, and trims.
- Evaluate fabrics for moisture management, stretch & recovery, breathability, durability, color fastness, and GSM consistency.
- Develop trims including elastics, zippers, labels, drawcords, heat transfers, reflective elements, and packaging materials.
