Aruwa Fashion is a rapid-growing women's fashion brand specializing in premium apparel. We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Founder Assistant cum HR Executive who can work closely with the Founder, coordinate across departments, and build a strong team to support our growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Assistance
- Manage the Founder's daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and other plans.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Track daily business reports, sales performance, and key operational metrics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, and business reports.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- Maintain confidential documents and business information.
- Assist the Founder with strategic projects and day-to-day business operations.

HR Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments including Sales,



Customer Support, Operations, Warehouse and Corporate roles.
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement activities and performance review processes.
- Ensure HR policies and company processes are implemented effectively.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
