cync8 is looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing & Growth Executive to build market presence, generate qualified leads, and create the marketing materials that support sales and growth — someone who can think strategically and execute quickly, using modern AI tools to move faster.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a practical B2B marketing strategy — target segments, buyer personas, decision-makers, and brand positioning.
- Manage and grow cync8's LinkedIn and digital presence with regular content — posts, case studies, product highlights, short videos.




- Use AI tools throughout — research, content, lead research, personalization, competitor analysis.
- Support founders on demos, follow-ups, and proposals; track campaign performance and lead conversion.

Skills & Experience
- B2B / growth / digital marketing and lead generation experience, with strong LinkedIn and B2B acquisition know-how.
- Good copywriting, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI) and platforms like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp/Brevo, Canva.
- Self-starter, organized, and fast-moving; SaaS/ERP/CRM or startup marketing experience is a plus.

Success Measures
- Marketing pack completed; leads researched and enriched; campaigns launched.
- Growth in LinkedIn/online visibility and demo inquiries generated.
- Quality of content and sales material; speed and effectiveness of AI-assisted execution.
