Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write high-converting proposals and communicate with clients.
- Manage and grow a fresh Upwork profile.
- Negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Upwork Business Development experience (mandatory).
- Proven success in winning projects on Upwork.
- Experience managing the complete Upwork sales cycle independently.
- Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
