Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage website performance, landing pages, and user experience to improve lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and manage content marketing strategies in coordination with the Content Creator and Graphic Design teams.
- Coordinate with sales and showroom teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize advertising spend for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and online events.
- Improve website traffic, search rankings, customer engagement, and online sales.
- Work closely with management to achieve marketing and business growth targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
