Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally, understand client needs, and convert them into opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM
- Build solid, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Collaborate with the BD and PR teams to align on messaging and campaigns
- Provide feedback on market trends, client objections, and competitor activity
- _What we're looking for_
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
- Fluent in both English and Hindi — spoken and written
- Confident communicator with a strong, persuasive phone presence
- Target-driven mindset with a genuine hunger to achieve and exceed goals
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively
- Good listening skills and ability to understand client pain points quickly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
