Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage 35-40 sheet metal workers on the shop floor
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules as per targets
- Ensure proper execution of sheet metal fabrication processes, including:
- Welding (Arc, MIG/TIG preferred)
- Turning
- Lathe operations
- Cutting, bending, punching, drilling
- Coordinate with production planning, purchase, and quality teams
- Maintain basic production and manpower reports

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong hands-on knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing:
- Practical understanding of welding, lathe, turning, fabrication processes:
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings:
- Experience in managing large shop-floor teams
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet production deadlines under pressure
- Age 35 years or above:
- Must be based in Noida / Greater Noida / nearby locations:
- Background from sheet metal fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing units:
- Stable work history preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
