Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil and building construction activities.
- Execute RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, Safety, and Project Management teams.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
- Check measurements and support subcontractor billing.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
