Frantech Services is hiring a B2B Sales Executive to manage key industrial accounts and drive recent business across North India. What You'll Do

Account Management
- Own and grow relationships with our existing prestigious clients across India.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong service and repeat business.




- Spot and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Business Development
- Win new business across the India and South Asia markets.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through focused client acquisition.
- Pitch our principals' machinery, materials, and technical solutions to target clients.
- Work independently to manage your pipeline and hit your numbers.

What You Need (Must-Have)
- 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- A track record of hitting or beating sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and travel to client sites.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Comfort selling considered, high-value products with longer sales cycles.
