Our goal is to create a safe, homely, and clinically supported environment for residents requiring daily care, rehabilitation, and monitoring.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day nursing care to residents
Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and health status
follow treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Support residents with basic care needs.
Identify early signs of medical issues and escalate appropriately
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
Provide emotional support to residents and families
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: 1-5 years (experience in ICU, geriatrics preferred)
Valid nursing registration
Positive communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / basic English)
Compassionate, patient, and attentive attitude
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
