Key Responsibilities
: - Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and convert inquiries into sales. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Record interactions and sales activities in the CRM. - Handle objections professionally and close sales. - Collaborate with the sales team and share customer insights.
Requirements:
: - Experience in tele sales or call center sales. - Build positive customer relationships and follow up on marketing leads. - Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. - Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer and CRM skills. - Solid problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
