Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing / production department

Industry Exposure:
Engineering / Fabrication environment preferred

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Supervision of shop floor production activities

Handling manpower and ensuring smooth workflow

Monitoring production output and maintaining efficiency

Knowledge of machine operations and fabrication processes

Knowledge of machining





Maintaining quality standards and safety practices

Handling plate cutting

Achieving production targets

Preparation of daily production reports & reporting to Director

Strengths Required:
Practical exposure to production processes

Valuable team handling and supervision skills

Responsible and disciplined approach towards work

Quick learner with ability to adapt to plant operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
