We are hiring experienced IT Sales Manager (Deal Closers) who have a strong background in selling website development, software solutions, and digital services.

Job Location: Durgapur (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound & outbound leads into paying clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch IT solutions
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closure
- Close projects related to web development & software services
- Coordinate with internal team after deal closure

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3+ years experience in IT Sales / Software Sales:
- Proven track record in deal closing:
- Solid communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in handling national/international clients is preferred
