Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Direct Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition by connecting with parents and students, understanding their learning needs, and recommending the right educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through calls, meetings, field visits, and local outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Conduct home visits to explain and demonstrate Infinity Learn products.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of EdTech sales experience (K-12 or Test Prep preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and home visits.
- Must own a laptop or personal device for work.
