Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage interior work execution at the site, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and other finishes.
- Coordinate with the design team, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and verify quality before installation.
- Monitor project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepare daily progress reports and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design specifications and BOQ.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure work is progressing as per plan.




- Supervise labor force and maintain discipline at the site.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5-12 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs.
- Solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and interior finishes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with basic MS Office tools and site reporting apps.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
