- We are seeking an experienced Principal DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer solutions on GCP foundation platform using Infrastructure As Code methods (e.g., Terraform).
- Develop capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Focus on making the build and deployments fully automated.
- Implement optimizations in the cloud software development life cycle process to provide improvement in productivity, tools and techniques
- Building and configuring the necessary tools to give runtime insights to resolve problems
- Validate solutions using proof of concepts and prototypes.
- Manage code repo and ensure the team follows Release Branch strategies.
- Collaborate across the different teams and areas such as Cloud Platform, Security, Data, Risk & Compliance to create cost-effective optimum solutions for the business.
- Provide training, guidance,



and mentorship to software engineers, on development on a Cloud environment best practices.

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products
- Proven experience building large-scale, distributed systems
- Proven experience managing solutions on GCP or AWS utilizing a broad set of the services available
- In-depth Knowledge of Terraform is a must
- Experience with Kubernetes (GKE) and container orchestration
- Familiarity with policy-as-code and security automation
- Experience in cost optimization and cloud governance frameworks
- Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Prometheus, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance issues and how to resolve them on GCP / AWS
- Solid experience in Scala/Spark (Java & Python beneficial)
- Capability to conduct root cause analysis for Production Incidents and resolution for future pr
