NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an Application Support and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Position's General Duties and Tasks
- Stakeholder Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations,



particularly for regulated healthcare workflows.
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements

Skills Description
- 5 - 8 years of experience
- Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows (dispensing, compounding, verification)
- Experience supporting automated dispensing cabinets, barcode labelling, packaging systems
- Knowledge of USP 795/797/800, ISBT‑128, DEA, and medication safety standards
- Ability to manage drug libraries, formulary updates, and EMR/Pharmacy system interfaces
- Skills integrating pharmacy systems with billing, EMR, and inventory platforms
- Troubleshooting medication device connectivity, cabinets, pumps, and robotics
