The Role

The Art Director sets the vision.

You bring it to life.

The concept, storyboard, references and creative direction are already there. Your job is to transform them into finished work that feels premium.

AI is a huge part of how we work—but it's only one part. Your taste, design judgment, eye for detail and ability to refine work are what separate truly premium creative from work that simply looks close.

What You'll Work On

No two months look the same.

One month you might be producing an AI-powered campaign film.

The next, you could be creating product visuals, brand rollouts, social campaigns, packaging, or adapting assets across multiple formats.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and can move between disciplines without compromising quality.

How We Work

Our production pipeline is AI-first.

We begin with AI models to generate concepts, storyboards, visuals, variations and video sequences quickly.

Once the creative direction is approved, you take ownership of refining the work into polished, production-ready assets.

Depending on the project, your work may involve:
- Creating storyboard frames and concepts using AI models.
- Producing AI-generated videos from approved frames.
- Editing and polishing work in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and other creative software.
- Creating campaign visuals, social media creatives, product renders and brand assets.
- Using compositing, masking, retouching, colour correction, motion graphics and visual effects where needed.
