Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions, UPI, card payments, and online payments accurately
- Manage billing and invoice generation
- Provide proper customer service and attend customer queries politely
- Maintain and manage stock records of individual departments
- Ensure proper cash tally and daily closing reports
- Coordinate with accounts and sales team when required
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter
- Perform any other work or responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Experience in billing software will be an added advantage
- long term mindset
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
