Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh fruit juices, vegetable juices, smoothies, milkshakes, mojitos, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables before use.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice preparation area and equipment.
- Operate and clean blenders, juicers, mixers, and other beverage-making equipment safely.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Maintain proper storage of ingredients to minimize spoilage and wastage.
- Refill stock and report inventory shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.
- Assist in developing seasonal or special beverage offerings when required.




- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Handle customer requests professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fresh juice, smoothie, and beverage preparation.
- Ability to operate commercial juicers, blenders, and mixers.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Robust attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of fruit handling and storage techniques.

Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Food Safety/Hygiene Certification is an added advantage.
- Basic training in food and beverage preparation is preferred.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Juice Maker, Beverage Maker, or in a café, juice bar, restaurant, hotel, or food outlet.
