Handle outbound calls for First Party Collections.
- Interact professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Maintain excellent customer service while resolving payment-related queries.
Eligibility
- SSC/HSC with atleast 6 months of international calling experience are eligible.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
