Digital Marketing Manager - GL Stone Expo | Kokapet, Hyderabad

GL Stone Expo, Hyderabad's 1st full slab display showroom with 27+ years of legacy, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our 3-person marketing team and drive the brand's digital growth.

About the Role You will lead and work alongside an in-house SEO Expert and Video Production specialist — planning, executing, and owning the digital marketing function end-to-end. This is a team lead + hands-on role.

What You'll Do
- Own the monthly digital marketing plan and ensure full execution across all channels
- Manage and guide the SEO and video team on weekly/monthly deliverables; step in and support when needed
- Handle social media personally — content planning, posting, engagement, and growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, GMB, Pinterest, Threads & Twitter/X
- Run and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — budgets, targeting, creatives, optimisation
- Track and report on all key metrics monthly — traffic, leads, ad performance, SEO rankings,



and social growth — with clear insights on what's working and what's not
- Identify new opportunities — platforms, campaigns, collaborations, and growth levers
- Coordinate with the MD for campaign approvals, product launches, and seasonal promotions

What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years in digital marketing with at least 1 year in a team lead or planning role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, budget management, optimisation, and reporting)
- Valuable understanding of SEO — enough to plan, review, and guide the SEO team effectively
- Comfortable with analytics tools — GA4, Search Console, Meta Insights — and turning data into clear monthly reports
- Organised planner who can set goals, assign tasks, track progress, and get things done
- Excellent written English; Telugu or Hindi is a plus
- Background in real estate, interior design, or lifestyle brands preferred
