Job Description- Sales Engineer (Domestic)

Location: Thane (Assigned Region as per Business Requirement)

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Engineers to join our team and support

building a career in technical sales, customer relationship management, and business

development.

responsible for driving sales activities, developing recent business opportunities, and

managing customer relationships within the assigned area. Travel across the assigned region

and regular client visits will be required based on business needs, while the base location

will remain Thane.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer

engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and channel

partners.
- Visit client locations to understand requirements and recommend suitable product

solutions.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, quotations, order processing, and

execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback with management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and visit customer locations

regularly.
