Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Social Media Marketer to own our content planning and market research. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career. You won't just be executing, you'll be helping shape how V&B; shows up and grows.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy
Plan a weekly content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram using our existing case studies, BTS content, and brand work. Coordinate with our internal design/edit team for execution.

Market Research
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant brands in our space to keep our content and positioning sharp and relevant.

What We're Looking For




- Strong written communication, confident and clear English
- Comfortable on LinkedIn, understands content trends and platform behavior
- Self-starter who can work with light supervision once given a weekly framework
- Organized, can manage a research pipeline and content calendar without things falling through cracks
- Bonus: any prior experience with content creation, social media management, or research
