Job Summary:
We are hiring for a full-time permanent role for a leading Banking Sector
As an *Associate Outbound Voice*, you will be responsible for cross-selling, lead generation, activation & customer retention primarily for *Credit Cards and Insurance* products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Sales & Lead Generation*
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality leads.
2. *Customer Support*
Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about bank products and services.
3. *Product Promotion*
Promote and sell banking products, with primary focus on *Credit Cards and Insurance* using a consultative, customer-first approach.
4. *Target Achievement*
Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. *Data & Reporting*
Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
6. *Market Feedback*
Share customer insights and market feedback with product and marketing teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- *Education:* Minimum Graduation in any stream - Mandatory
- *Age:* 18 to 33 years
- *Skills:* Positive communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude
- *Domain:* Prior experience in Insurance sales will be given preference
Compensation & Benefits:
*Fixed Salary
Fresher ₹18,000/month
Experienced ₹26,000/month
Insurance Experience Up to ₹35,000/month
