The Community & Referral Development Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining ALR's offline referral ecosystem across pediatricians, schools, preschools, allied professionals, parent communities and residential communities.
This is a relationship-development role, not a conventional sales role.
The objective is to make ALR a trusted child-development resource within its local community and generate a sustainable pipeline of qualified referrals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor & Healthcare Relationships
- Identify pediatricians, developmental specialists and relevant healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular in-person visits.
- Introduce ALR's assessment and intervention services professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with referring professionals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups.
- Provide appropriate information and referral material.
- Coordinate with the ALR team regarding referred children.
- Maintain professional communication with referral sources.
2. School Partnerships
- Identify schools and school management teams within the assigned territory.
- Meet principals, coordinators, counsellors and special educators.
- Introduce ALR's School Development Partner model.
- Develop opportunities for developmental screening, teacher consultation and parent-awareness programs.
- Coordinate school workshops and screening activities.
- Build long-term institutional relationships.
3. Preschool & Daycare Outreach
- Develop relationships with preschools and daycare centres.
- Introduce developmental observation and screening initiatives.
- Conduct or coordinate teacher-awareness sessions.
- Develop recurring preschool partnerships.
- Follow up with schools regarding children who may require professional evaluation.
