Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and explain company services.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments and maintain call records.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements -
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and valuable customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
