Job Title: Associate Product Manager - Telephony Industry

Industry: Telephony / VoIP / Unified Communications / Cloud Telephony

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for telephony and voice communication solutions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact features.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the telephony product space.

Required Skills and Experience:




- 2 -5 years of product management experience in the Telephony / VoIP / Communication technology domain.
- Solid understanding of telecommunication protocols and services (e.g., SIP, PBX, IVR, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, WebRTC, etc.).
- Proven experience in developing B2B SaaS or cloud communication products.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams. Preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience with cloud telephony platforms or CPaaS providers.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
