Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, presentations, negotiation and closings.
- Build and maintain relationships with walk‑ins, referral partners, brokers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue forecasting.
- Conduct property tours, explain project USPs, pricing, payment plans and legal/technical details.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, follow-ups and deal status.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance and legal teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback, competitor intel and suggest pricing/promotion strategies.
- Represent the company at local events, property expos and broker meets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:




- 1-7+ years of direct real estate sales experience (preferably with developers or leading brokerages).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in residential or township projects.
- Strong network of local brokers/clients in Talegaon, Pimpri‑Chinchwad, Lonavala, Pune corridor is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Skills & Attributes:
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and organized.
- High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
- Good communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.
- Comfortable using CRM, MS Office and MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
