Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying current market opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading the business development team, and achieving revenue targets. The role focuses on expanding the company's market presence, increasing profitability, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team.
- Identify and acquire new customers in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Generate high-value business opportunities through networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Review and approve quotations, proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.




- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Review CRM data, sales pipeline, and business forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business development reports.
- Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate Business Development Executives.
- Develop customer retention strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Export Sales, or Industrial Sal
